In September of 2023 I was given the opportunity to take a step back from originating mortgage loans and take on a Director of Sales Technology role for the multi-billion-dollar mortgage company I was originating for. My nickname from day 5 on the job became "Tech Tracie" and I was quickly able to make an impact in the businesses and lives of the sales team I worked with.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in the mortgage industry, my position was dissolved only eight months later. Many people told me, “When one door closes, another door opens.” and in this case I opened my own door and started Roar Loud Marketing.
